Feeding the Tummy
Food parcels, soup kitchens and hunger relief reaching thousands of families every week.
Learn moreAddressing hunger, malnutrition, unemployment and community development across South Africa - one meal, one skill, one life at a time.
Founded in 2015 by Nomathemba Tshabalala, Thembi T Foundation began as an arts and talent development initiative. When COVID-19 brought hunger to South Africa's doorstep, we expanded - feeding tummies, hearts and minds.
Today we operate seven soup kitchens across Gauteng, distribute thousands of food parcels every month, and run skills programs that turn dependence into dignity.
